RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At KAIN WHILLS®, we are committed to delivering high-quality industrial protective workwear. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Standard stock products, if offered by KAIN WHILLS®, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- All original tags and labels remain attached
- Proof of purchase is provided

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return instructions and return authorization details will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many KAIN WHILLS® products are manufactured specifically for customer orders.
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, specially manufactured, or modified products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, unless the products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
We may request photographs, documentation, or additional information in order to evaluate the claim.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- A product defect
- Shipping damage
- An incorrect item supplied by KAIN WHILLS®
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all approved returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES
Many KAIN WHILLS® products are manufactured or supplied from Europe.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturing schedules, order volume, shipping carrier performance, customs processing, and destination.
Any production or delivery time provided by KAIN WHILLS® is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
